An operator of interactive gaming licence authorises the holder to conduct the business of operating interactive gaming from Nevada; the initial fee is 500,000 dollars covering two years, and 250,000 dollars annually thereafter. Two supporting licences complete the chain: an interactive gaming service provider licence at 1,000 dollars a year, and a licence to manufacture interactive gaming systems for use in the state, at 125,000 dollars for the first year and 25,000 dollars annually after that.
