a customer is before that customer may gamble, as codified in Britain's licence conditions and codes of practice. The information must cover at least name, address and date of birth. Operators must tell customers before a deposit what documents may be required and why, must keep identity records accurate, and may not hold up a withdrawal to demand information they could reasonably have asked for earlier.
