Delaware iGaming
Delaware's state lottery, which operates within the Department of Finance, launched what it describes as the first authorised online gaming system in the country, known as iGaming, on 7 November 2013.

The offer consists of internet casino-style games, poker among them, played on the websites of the state's three casinos: Delaware Park, Dover Downs and Harrington Raceway & Casino. iGaming sits beside the same organisation's draw and instant games, video lottery, table games, keno and sports lottery. In December 2023 a single mobile application brought iGaming and online sports wagering together.
